About us
LAC was established in 1983 and manages a portfolio of properties in Islington, North London.
We have a wide selection of properties available to rent, from modern studio flats to large 6 bedroom houses with gardens and private parking spaces. Our portfolio is a mix of period Victorian properties and also luxury newly built gated developments.
All properties are furnished, centrally heated, double glazed and have a neutral décor. The portfolio is maintained to a high standard and most properties are located within convenient distance to local tube and bus links.
All properties are located in Islington, North London (N7 and N19) from Liverpool Road (leading to Upper Street / Angel), all of Holloway Road, Tufnell Park and the Archway areas of Islington. All properties are a few minutes walk of any of the following four underground stations:
We employ our own full time maintenance and cleaning personnel who do nothing but work on our portfolio.
